central location full kitchen city views helpful staff
the location felt perfect. shopping and restaurants were so close for easy access. our suite included a full kitchen and separate living room. i was also happy about the balcony with city views. the front desk staff were always kind and helpful. they greeted us each time we passed by.
the coffee machine was hard to use.

the hotel has no restaurant. each suite includes a fully equipped kitchen. this lets guests cook meals. urban fare across the street makes grocery shopping easy.

the front desk staff were friendly and always greeted us. when our shower head sprayed water, someone fixed it fast. they quickly brought an extra blanket when i asked.

central location spacious suite full kitchen
the location is central with restaurants close by. My king suite was spacious and well-configured. I appreciated the apartment-sized room that included a full kitchen it was great.
it was difficult for uber drivers to pull in and drop off due to the busy street.

the building offers underground parking for a daily fee. A gym is available for guest use though it is a bit small. There is a coin laundry facility on-site for guest convenience.

Perfect stay
great location modern building massive room early check
The location is great, i found many restaurants nearby. The room was massive, it included a tv in the bedroom and in the living space. The building was clean and modern, i appreciated that. I also received early check in, that helped after a long flight.
The tea bag variety was limited, i would have liked more options.

The location is central and it is easy to find the hotel. A supermarket is conveniently across the road. It is a great location with tons of restaurants, stores, and anything needed within walking distance.

The hotel is spacious and has a lovely pool area. The building is clean and modern and there is a wonderful grocery store across the street. This includes a starbucks, bakery, and a tiny restaurant for breakfast.

There is no inhouse restaurant available, but the store across the street allows for a quick meal. The coast restaurant is located down the street. It is a very good option. The supermarket has a great bakery.

The location is AMAZING. i liked that there was a full kitchen, it had all the basics needed. i also found the staff polite. They answered questions well. the suite was large and i did appreciate the cleanliness.
the building elevator system did seem a little slow during peak hours.

the hotel features a modern fitness center on the third floor. it had several cardio machines with individual screens. there is also a coin laundry available, that is handy for longer stays.

The reception area is staffed 24/7, and the team is quick with requests. daily housekeeping is provided. They replenish amenities. the front desk assisted with directions efficiently.

The hotel is situated near many shops and restaurants. robson street is a short walk. public transportation is easily accessible. This makes getting around EASY.

complicated coffee machine no on-site restaurant
the room was quite spacious and included a kitchen, acceptable.
i found the lack of an on-site restaurant inconvenient (not even for breakfast!). the coffee machine in the room seemed overly complicated. a simpler, coin-operated machine would definitely be better for laundry.
